Social Enterprise Initiatives in the Nambucca Valley

Warrgambi Ngamaambi is a comprehensive social enterprise initiative designed to create benefit for the whole Nambucca Valley community through the creation of jobs and increasing participant’s skills and capacity for employment. The project is based on a whole of community approach where collective action and learning achieves community benefit and common good.
The success of this project is based on the working relationships formed between TAFE Outreach and the Valley’s third sector:
  • Miimi Aboriginal Cooperation;
  • Beyond Empathy;
  • Muurrbay Aboriginal Language and Cultural Co-operative;
  • Durri Aboriginal Medical Service,
  • Bowraville Chamber of Commerce;
  • Nambucca Valley Men’s Shed;
  • Ngurrala Aboriginal Cooperation;
  • Bowraville Local Aboriginal Lands Council and Nambucca Valley Youth Services Centre.
